UK Mainland Shipping

Standard Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

We automatically offer free UK Mainland Shipping on orders above £40.00 (ex VAT). If your order falls below this, the delivery charge is £3.95.

Orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same working day.

Delivery for UK Mainland is between 7am and 5:30pm on the next working day if ordered before 3pm (Monday-Thursday)

Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Please note that orders placed before 3pm on a Friday via the Next Day Delivery service will not be delivered on a Saturday; however, these will be delivered the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays).

Handling Times

Orders received before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier, depending on the items you order. If your order is time sensitive, we always recommend you use the Next Day Delivery option.

Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available during working hours. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unoccupied, a card will be left with instructions on where to collect your parcel or how to re-arrange delivery. If no contact is made with the courier the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.

EU deliveries

We can also deliver our products to the EU and you can see the shipping costs as they are calculated in the cart before you commit and check out. As much as we would like to, we do not cover the costs of the local taxes and duties so please check these in your country of delivery prior to purchasing from us.

Mainland EU will take between 2-6 days, off shore islands a few days longer.

Your package will come via airfreight so it is worth remembering that it is costed by volumetric weight. We will squeeze your order into as small a package as we possibly can and we keep our packaging to a minimum (because reducing waste whether that’s energy or packaging is what we are all about).

Each country has a different threshold on where taxes and duties start so these costs are down to the receiver and the delivery company won’t let you have the parcel until all costs are paid. If you later return a kit you’ve paid taxes and import duty on I am sorry but we cannot refund that amount; you have to claim directly back from your tax authorities.
